At Ossenthe , we strive to give you quality watches that meet but are better than your expectations. In case you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a return policy.

1. Eligibility to Return Items

You may return an item within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that it meets one or more of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and still in original packaging.
  • All tags and labels are intact.
  • The item has not been customized or modified in any way.

Important note: We cannot accept returns for used, damaged, or altered items.

2. Return Process
  • Contact Customer Service: Contact us and please do mention your order number along with a brief explanation of why you are returning it.
  • Return Authorization: Our customer service will then evaluate your request and subsequently provide you with a RA number. Keep this handy for any further reference.
  • Pack the Item: Put the item in its original packaging with all of its manual and tags. Note the RA No. on the box.
  • Return Shipping: Since we do cash only on delivery, the shipping cost for returning shall be borne by you. Do ensure to use a reliable shipping method with tracking; otherwise, we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged returns.
  • Send the Item: Please mail the package back to the shipping address mentioned by our customer service team.
3. Refund Process

Once we process and inspect the returned item, we shall issue a notice to you of our decision to accept or reject your refund. We will initiate a refund of your amount into your bank account. Note that processing time may vary with your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer exchange policies for merchandise. If you would like to exchange an order, please proceed with the return process on returning the original item and place a new order for the item ordered.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery. We will be able to help you fix the problem by sending a return label for the defective product and scheduling a replacement when the situation requires it.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not returnable:

  • Personalized or customized watches.
  • Gift cards or promotion items.
  • The products are labeled as final sale.
